The role within the organisation will be as a Data Input Clerk. This will include supporting and operating within a number of business units within the organisation in order to assist with building a new computer system.
The role will mainly operate within the System Project Team covering a range of areas from procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, operations and HSEQ departments. This will include liaising with a multitude of teams.
The responsibilities will include:
·Updating /Uploading data into templates ready for upload onto the new system.
Liaising with the Marketing team to develop and create new document templates.
Uploading templates for documents which are required.
Sense checking / cross referencing data to ensure all information is present and correct.
The qualifications needed are:
GCSE English and Maths – minimum grade C / grade 4 or equivalent.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business.
Highly organised with strong time management and prioritising skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
The role will require an understanding of the basic health & safety requirements on site, which will be assessed on induction.
