WHAT IS GRP FLOWDECK?

Flowdeck is a moulded, lightweight and durable closed top flooring solution that provides a strong and stable alternative for walkways and platforms.

Flowdeck is available in various thicknesses and is moulded with a 3mm solid plate to close the mesh. The solid plate is gritted, providing an excellent slip-resistant top surface.

Popular uses for Flowdeck GRP grating

Flowdeck isophthalic polyester floor panels are suitable for applications where factors such as high strength-to-weight ratio, non-conductivity and corrosion resistance need to be considered. Flowdeck also contains state-of-the-art ultraviolet inhibitors to mitigate solar degradation when installed outside, further improving the lifespan of the product.

Flowdeck closed-top panels have been used on many high-profile projects around the UK, most notably the London Stadium, used for the 2012 Olympic Games and now used as a Premier League Football Stadium by West Ham United.

Flowdeck is also available in Phenolic with its excellent Fire Retardant Properties that meet BS476 Part 7 Class 0 and section 12 of London underground standards for low smoke and low toxicity use in tunnels.

Flowdeck GRP grating panels are up to 50% lighter than steel grating panels and are finished with a hard-wearing, anti-slip gritted surface – compliant to National and Internationally recognised standards – to ensure enhanced slip resistance.
