Flowdeck – GRP Solid Top Grating

WHAT IS GRP FLOWDECK?

Flowdeck is a moulded, lightweight and durable closed top solution that provides a strong and stable alternative for walkways and platforms.

The panel is available in various thicknesses and has a 3mm solid grip plate to the upper side of the panel. Providing an excellent slip-resistant walking surface.

This style of GRP grating uses a solid flooring to help protect working areas below or to help contain odours.

Flowdeck is the perfect product to use on elevated walkways or platforms, ramps, trench covers and mezzanine decks. The Isophthalic Polyester Floor Grating panels are suitable for general use where factors such as high-strength, non-conductive, lightweight and corrosion resistance need to be considered.

Flowdeck moulded, closed-top grating panels have been used on many high-profile projects around the UK, most notably the London Stadium, used for the 2012 Olympic Games and now used as a Premier League Football Stadium by West Ham United.

Flowdeck is sold in Northern Ireland by our partner company Redman Fisher under the name GRP Solid Top.

Flowdeck is also available in Phenolic with its excellent Fire Retardant Properties that meet BS476 Part 7 Class 0 and section 12 of London underground standards for low smoke and low toxicity use in tunnels.

Panels are up to 50% lighter than steel. The panels are finished in a hard-wearing anti-slip gritted surface – compliant to National and Internationally recognised standards. Flowdeck panels are built to last, and are an extremely economical choice due to their long-lasting life.
